Conferences
We offer access to three conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 500 people.
All the rooms are air-conditioned, spacious, are characterised by excellent acoustics,
have access to daylight and can be darkened.
They also have a free Internet connection.
The rooms can be arranged in any way according to your needs.
We have successfully organised: fashion shows, car presentations, gardening and construction equipment fairs
with outdoor presentations, academic symposiums, language or dancing workshops and many others.
We offer the following for you:
• CONFERENCE Room. This is a spacious, elegant room with a capacity of up to 400, with direct access to the garden.
• CRACOVIA Room – The room is located on the 1st floor and comprises two rooms: the conference space and the foyer. It can accommodate up to 40 people.
• OLSZÓWKA Room – An intimate room located on the 2nd floor, which can accommodate up to 30 people.
The club space may also be reserved for conference needs (approx. 50 people).
Each conference room is equipped with:
- Internat connection,
- multimedia projector,
- screen,
- flipchart,
- office supplies,
- direct telephone connection with reception.
Additionally, we offer:
- speakers and wireless microphones,
- laptop,
- TV set,
- DVD player,
- lectern,
- stage platform.
Conference equipment is included in the room rental cost.
Additionally, on your request,
we rent interpreting and recording equipment.
