Our daily efforts to protect and popularize authentic cuisine have been recognized.
A few days ago, from the hands of the President of SLOW FOOD POLSKA Mr. Jacek Szklarek,
our restaurant together with Chef Tomasz Kowal received the prestigious recommendation of this organization
and thus found itself in the elite group of 35 restaurants in Poland.
Restaurants with this recommendation are appreciated for their special care for the quality of served dishes
and quality of products and the regional nature of their origin and seasonality of dishes included in the menu card.
This is a great ennoblement for our restaurant, and for Guests a guarantee of high quality of served dishes.

SPANISH FIESTA IN CHOCHOLOWY DWOR 

This year's New Year's ball was dominated by hot rhythms and Spanish sounds.
The buffets were full of Iberian specialties and Mediterranean flavors.
Guests had the opportunity to taste spicy chorizo, traditional tapas and aromatic paella.
There were plenty of delicious Spanish wines and of course the legendary sangria.

July 17th at Chochołowy Dwór is a special day, we are celebrating another anniversary.
We have been welcoming you to our doorstep for 8 years.
The number of our guests is constantly growing every year.
